Vacation Rentals

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Reservations:

We welcome you to use our secure online reservation system, or you may call us at 866-868-9088. A three night minimum stay is required on all reservations.

Deposit:

A 50% deposit, via credit card or check, is due within seven days of your booking to hold your reservation. We take MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.  If booking for the next year we’ll hold the dates with deposit due in January of that year.  You have the right to reserve your property for the following year if you book before leaving the current stay.  Once you leave those dates are open to anyone else to book.

Cancellations:

Cancellations received up to 31 days prior to arrival will receive a a refund of deposit less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival will only be refunded if the Vacation Rental is rebooked for all nights. The deposit is forfeited: if guests arrive after date specified or depart before the final date of reservation, unless the room is re-booked.

Final Payment:

Due 30 days prior to arrival via cash, check, or credit card. 

Check In:

4-7 pm due to the COVID-19 early check in is not possible.  Please advise your arrival time the day before.  

Check Out:

By 10 am

Smoking:

Absolutely, No Smoking in or around any Vacation Rental properties. $50 fine will be charged.

ADA Accessibility:

The Church Street House is ADA accessibility.

Pets:

Church Street House,  is the only Vacation Rental that accepts pets. There is a $25 per night fee, per pet.  Maximum of 2 pets

Children:

Children 6years and older are welcome.

WI-FI is available in all rentals

Linens:

All linens provided.

Service:

No daily housekeeping service in any of the Vacation Rental units.

 Please leave the Rental as you found it especially the kitchen.  The stove and refrigerator must be clean and no dirty dishes left behind.  You may have the dish washer running upon departure.  Any damaged items you are also responsible for and you will be charged for replacement of the item.

 

Directions:

There is a key lock box on all the properties.  Instruction will be given the week before arrival.
